SHIPPING & LOGISTICS POLICY
Last updated: May 8, 2026
Beyond The Brand Collective operates as a specialized North American distributor. Our shipping and logistics framework is designed to meet the rigorous compliance standards of Tier-1 retailers and the operational needs of our global manufacturing partners.
1. Distribution Scope
We provide turnkey distribution solutions across the United States and Canada. Our logistics network is optimized for cross-border movement, ensuring all products in our portfolio reach retail shelves with maximum efficiency and minimal delay.
2. Freight & Terms (F.O.B.)
Unless otherwise specified in a signed wholesale agreement, all shipments are sent F.O.B. (Free on Board) Origin.
-
Title and risk of loss pass to the retail partner once the shipment leaves our distribution hub or the manufacturer’s facility.
-
Freight costs are determined based on order volume, weight, and destination, and will be outlined in the formal Pro Forma invoice provided during the inquiry process.
3. Lead Times & Order Processing
As we manage high-volume licensed inventory, lead times may vary based on brand availability and retail destination:
-
In-Stock Inventory: Typically processed and ready for carrier pickup within 3–5 business days.
-
Special Orders / High Volume: Lead times for large-scale retail replenishment will be communicated during the partnership onboarding process.
4. Palletized & Parcel Shipments
-
LTL/FTL: Most distribution orders are shipped via palletized freight (Less Than Truckload or Full Truckload) to meet retail warehouse requirements.
-
Parcel: Smaller boutique orders may be shipped via standard commercial carriers (UPS/FedEx) at the discretion of the Collective.
5. Retail Compliance & Documentation
We pride ourselves on meeting strict retail compliance standards. Every shipment includes:
-
Detailed Packing Slips.
-
BOL (Bill of Lading).
-
Necessary customs documentation for cross-border North American trade.
-
Retail-specific labeling as required by individual partnership agreements.
6. Claims for Shortages or Damages
In the professional distribution landscape, immediate reporting is vital:
-
Visible damage to shipping containers must be noted on the carrier’s POD (Proof of Delivery).
-
Claims for concealed damages or shortages must be submitted in writing to brandon@btbcollective.com within 48 hours of receipt.
-
Photographic evidence and a detailed manifest of the discrepancy are required for all claims.
